[PATCH] Fix #666 - Setting 'avoid-slur to 'around always places grob outside slur

Hello,

Here's a patch which makes 'around work properly for slur avoidance,
i.e., the script is only moved when there's a collision.

I haven't added a regression test since there's already
string-number-around-slur.ly which demonstrates the correct behaviour.
