No problem, Trevor; I just thought I'd mention it since it's happened
a few times recently.

Nearly there, once I've fathomed out Werner's changes.

Weirdly, defining-predefined-fretboards-for-other-instruments.ly has
gone awol, so I've had to add it to input/new again.
