[PATCH] Add @lilypondversion / <lilypondversion/> / \lilypondversion to lilypond-book

Every now and then one wants to print out the current lilypond version number 
in a tex or html file produced by lilypond-book (e.g. in the credits section 
of a book). This was not easily possible until now: I have implemented a 
lilypondversion tag (to be replaced by the lilypond version)
Syntax for the new tag is:
-) LaTeX: \lilypondversion
-) HTML: <lilypondversion />
-) Texinfo: @lilypondversion
-) Docbook: NONE (I don't know docbook well enough to suggest a good syntax)

The tag / command will be replaced by the LilyPond version, like "2.11.64".
