Because it's for musicxml2ly, and at the place when tuplets are handled (after 
everything else has been converted; then the notes in the tuplet are grouped 
and collected into a separate TimeScaledMusic object), I can no longer insert 
slurs. Plus, nested slurs are not possible, so tuplets within a slur could 
then not have curved tuplet "brackets"...
