- make the wiki ready to be linked from lilypond.org: this mainly means
updating contents and upgrading MediaWiki

- complete the translation infrastructure, i.e. internationalize the
examples page, bits of automatically generated documentation (e.g.
markup commands) and the snippets.

I'll certainly do all of the last item myself, so it needn't be part of
GOP, but I add it for completeness.
