I *do* have some ideas about this, but there's too many other
things happening at the moment. Could we revisit this in a week
or two?

Ditto; could we discuss in a week or two?

Basically, I want to get GUB/releases sorted out and the new
website under control. Then I'll be in a much better position to
look at the website server, figure out what we need, what we don't
need, whether we can add the PHP or whatever, etc.

I've added both these issues to the 2.14 release list, so I won't
forget. :)
