Great, thank you. :-)  I'm running into build errors for the docs but
they don't seem anything to do with my patch -- probably rather some of
the build errors discussed elsewhere on the -devel list since they seem
to be regression test failures.  So I'll wait for Trevor's review before
proceeding further with attempts to build.
