What do you mean "does not work"? It's fine here, other than the
broken xrefs for general.texi

You need to touch the relevant main doc file, so in your case,
you'd do
touch Documentation/notation.tely
You might need to touch the relevant files in the translations
as well; I'm not sure.

Since those problems should be "temporary" (as in, I'm expecting
them to solved within the next 4 months or before GOP, whichever
comes first), there's not much point writing about it in there.
