Yeah, it's there.
$ find target -name "autoconf"
target/tools/root/usr/bin/autoconf
target/tools/root/usr/share/autoconf
target/tools/root/usr/share/autoconf/autoconf
I'm going to try running this through strace to see if that gives any
more hints.
