Hi all,

I recently noticed that http://lilypond.org/doc/latest redirects to 
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/web/index.html. It should redirect 
to http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/web so that language negotiation 
can take effect.
