Or this could be a problem with Wine on my machine, because a quick
test on a separate machine with Windows XP does not show the errors I
posted before.

In any case, I probably should have waited to make sure the fontconfig
bump *worked* before pushing my recent changes to lily/font-config.cc.
 Sorry about that.
