Two reasons I like already having a tiny example:1) It's frequently easier to understand a problem if a tiny example has already been provided. 2) It helps to make sure that the problem submitted is an actual problem; i.e., the person submitting it thoroughly understands what the expected output should be, and how that differs from what's generated.
