configure.in (write/copy and paste a test)
Documentation/included/compile.itexi
and in GUB, in
gub/specs/lilypond.py (add as dependency)
gub/specs/libgsl.py (write new recipe)
and test GUB.

I don't but you may want to have a look at boost, IWBN to use more of
boost, eg boost::filesystem and such.
