Yes, lilypond-book was split into multiple files (and can now be extended much
easier).

Even that breaks the build. What is needed is "./autogen.sh".
Otherwise the call to pdflatex and dblatex will fail in all cases...
autogen.sh disables them properly if they don't exist and extracts the correct
calls if they exist.
