As long as somebody submits a Tiny bug report showing the
regression, we won't be releasing a (stable) version of lilypond.
2.14.0 will not happen until we have had zero Critical bugs for
two weeks; taking up "horifically more space" than 2.12.3
definitely counts as a Critical bug.
The only two Critical bugs about spacing seem to be about
overflowing the page, so I think it would be very valuable if you
could reproduce this problem in a Tiny example.
