Asking for and old message

Hello.  Given this URL, a meesage from March Hohl on september

I can not extract the patch from lists.gnu.org, Gmane or Nabble.
Either texinfo @commands are handled as hidden email addresses, or
utf-8 codes mix with latin-1 ones, or both.

Does anyone keep a copy of the message and/or could mail me a plain
text copy of the patch? Thank you!
