schikkers-list 0.0.2 - fresh binaries, please test

Hi,

I've managed to build guile 1.9 in GUB and made new binary installers of
Schikkers-List

    http://lilypond.org/schikkers-list/download/schikkers-list-0.0.2-1.mingw.exe

It's not much of a true GUI for Lily yet, it only appends notes, deletes
notes at the end, changes pitches throughout and does some lyrics.

These are somewhat tested to work, but I'd appreciate success/failure
reports.  Some templates that are included have problems.
