make translation-status fails

Hello everybody,

Wishing to update the translations status before 2.14 jumps out, since 
its last update was in November 2010, I get this error, which I'm unable 
to deal with:

I've primarily updated all "fatal objects" and put the "@c Translators" 
when missing.
