Are you signed in with your google account?  If you're signed in,
and you're a project member, you should be able to edit this
yourself.

For reference, at the moment Dmytro has exactly as much permission
as pkx166h.

Yes you are right. I missed it. I was expecting the actual real summary on the 
top of the page to suddenly become an editable field. I missed it lower down by 
the comments and labels.
