It was initially used in Multi_measure::brew_molecule (what is now print), but
then the measure handling moved somewhere else and its use was removed by Han-
Wen in lilypond 1.7.4 with commit:
0d239922fe322428efabd1fb20c8a54c2a6bacfb
Again, I think this is a left-over and can ba safely removed. Will you remove
both left-overs that you found?
