The "extra" versions are inside an .../out-test/... directory,
which I believe has a symlink to the top build directory or
something like that.  I think that there is only a single
makelsr.py file on your hard drive.

I can't speak to that, sorry.  I don't think that we actually want
all that info copied around, or even symlinked -- if there's a
need to symlink anything, it would probably be "cleaner" to be
more specific.  However, I'm not certain what the symlink (or
rsync) is trying to do in the first place, so I really can't give
any good recommendations about the next step.
