That's the Rietveld issue number. The Google issue number is smaller.
You enter it if you started from an existing bug report. It will be
guessed from the commit/Patch message if that contains an "issue 2605"
string or similar, but otherwise you need to enter it here. Or let a
new one be generated by pressing return.
