Broken time signature glyphs?

I noticed that the symbols for 4/4 and alla breve time signature look broken
with Emmentaler-16 Font. They look fine with other font sizes (see below). I
used fontforge version 20100501 to produce the fonts. Can anyone reproduce
this?
