It is a bad idea to post the same question simultaneously but separately
to different lists.  This question has been answered pretty exhaustively
already on the user list in the thread
<URL:http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2013-06/msg00311.html>,
so developers not aware of this thread on the user list will quite
unnecessarily repeat the work of answering this question.

And even if they don't, this leaves the impression in the archive that
the developer list is unresponsive.

If you decide for whatever reason to involve more than one list with a
discussion, then please use the Cc: function of your mailer in order to
have a single discussion thread on both lists rather than separate
messages and threads on separate lists.
