Hi James,

FWIW, I did:

address@hidden ~/lilypond-git (master)$ git fetch
address@hidden ~/lilypond-git/build (master)$ cd build
address@hidden ~/lilypond-git/build (master)$ make

No problems.
Ofcourse this is not completely from scratch, (not enough time to try
right now.)
