To be a bit more verbose: We used to track issues on Google Code, which closed down this summer. The sourceforge tracker isn’t supposed to be but an intermediate solution, that’s why the material on the website has largely not been updated yet. However, there seems to be little progress about the planned new tracker, to be hosted with an Allura VM on Savannah. In order to work with the tracker, please get an account at sourceforge and e-mail your user name to Trevor Daniels or Phil Morris, so they can give you appropriate rights.
