Hm, then this is actually strange:

Doesn't state Guile as a dependeny at all ...

Yes, but of course *all* Guile-related packages 1.8 will be thrown out.

In my Debian testing installation `sudo apt install lilypond` also quits
with "no installation candidate" :-(
