Doc: Some miscellaneous suggestions from Peter Toye
Peter Toye suggested some additions/corrections to the
manuals a while ago in
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2019-12/msg00191.html
and
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-lilypond/2020-02/msg00010.html
He does not have the time to create a patch, so I prepared one for
him, mostly following his suggestions.
