Sometimes, however, it may well be appropriate to rewrite a section from
scratch, if it is too big a mess.
Then incremental changes would not make much sense to me.
I mean, we have *very* few people working on the docs and I'm happy about
everyone contributing in this area. While supporting the working style you
mentioned, we should also be careful not to scare off potential contributors
(Trevor already gave an example)
