SMuFL name mapping update, 8 September

Hi all!

After a rather long hiatus, here's the next batch of glyphs (Script 
glyphs): https://wolfgangsta.github.io/emmentaler-bravura/. There are a 
couple oddities regarding arpeggios, trills, and the "signum 
congruentiae" that warrant attention. If you have time, please check 
them out and give me your two cents, and be on the lookout for any typos 
I may have made.

I haven't gotten around to revising our shape-note collections yet. I've 
decided to consider that a side project and just forge ahead with 
finishing the darn glyph mapping first, which is taking long enough. The 
next update should finish out the next five (small) modern notation 
sections; after that, it's on to ancient notation.
