MR tests showing raw HTML

When I verify the results of the test stage of CI, clicking on the link 
( 
https://gitlab.com/lilypond/lilypond/-/jobs/2261164728/artifacts/file/test-results/index.html 
), I get a screenful of raw HTML. Pasting that URL directly into an 
address bar (Vivaldi 5.1) gives the same result. Am I chasing a change 
on my machine, or is this seen elsewhere?
