Well, it's pretty hacky.

I think we'd better figure out how to patch Cairo to support this. The 
source of the SVG backend is here:

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/cairo/cairo/-/blob/master/src/cairo-svg-surface.c

I don't think it's hard to add a function for inserting output 
attributes to this. It just takes time to figure out the design from the 
4500 lines of C.
