Double fingering instructions

Hello,

Apart from that I don't get my file running yet, I'd like to put double
fingering instructions, as needed for the piece of guitar-music I'm trying
to typeset.  In the part "fingering" in the manual, I found

b-2

to be a b with a 2 above, but I'd also like there to be an a: the 2 says to
use the middle finger of the left hand, the a says to use the ring-finger of
the right hand...

Ideally it would look like this:   ²|
                                                    °

And sometimes even triple are needed, namely a circled 4 to indicate which
string should be played. (This one can/should appear next to the note)

I thought about b-2-a, but couldn't try this, as indeed my piece doesn't
compile yet...
