I'm not sure I understand what you have in mind. Do you mean a
prallmordent? See

for a complete list of the available symbols in the font.

If you want the full symbol smaller or larger, you can use \magnify or
any of the predefined commands; \teeny, \tiny, \small, \large or \huge.
