Sorry, I didn't really read the question and though it was about the extra naturals before accidentals. Searching the mailing list archives it turns out that printKeyCancellation was introduced around version 2.1.34, so the best solution for James is to upgrade to 2.2 or even the new stable version 2.4. /Mats Paul Scott wrote:

There, somewhere, you'll find a link to the program reference for "Accidental_engraver", which lists all the available properties. Among others, you can find a property called extraNatural that you can set to ##f.Are you saying that in older versions that extraNatural did the same thing as printKeyCancellation?PaulJames Fay wrote:-----Original Message-----From: Paul Scott [mailto:address@hidden Sent: Saturday, October 30, 2004 6:46 PMTo: address@hidden; Lilypond user list Subject: Re: key signature changes James Fay wrote:Great Paul, thanks, Now, also how can I do it in version 2.0.2 --- same way? That property doesn't exist in 2.0.3. I don't have an answer. I just dealt with this recently. That's a reason it's best to keep these discussions on the list. Maybe someone else will have an answer. In writing snippets to merge into latex for Music Theory assignments, thefollowing puts a different key signature in each measure. What I'd like it NOT to do (which it currently does) is to cancel the previous bar's key signature with naturals./lilypond-user\set Staff.printKeyCancellation = ##fPaul Scott _______________________________________________ lilypond-user mailing list address@hidden http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lilypond-user_______________________________________________ lilypond-user mailing list address@hidden http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lilypond-user
