Chord with split stem - other options?

Hello list,

is there any way to produce output like the one on the
attached photo? It is a chord with three directly
adjacent notes, like <c cis d>, which are displayed in
such a way that the stem of the chord is split in two
and <c d> attached to one twig and cis to the other.

If there is no such possibility, do you have any ideas
how to write it in a different way?
