Hi,
So I have a line of music that I typeset with Lilypond. Because I only
want that line, I extracted it from the full page output using Preview
(I'm on Mac OS X.3.9). I then include the line as a figure in a latex
document I run pdflatex on.
The figure looks fine on my computer and on every other viewer I try it
on. I did check that the fonts are embedded in the pdf file (even after
I perform the extraction using Preview) except when I print on certain
printers, the fonts for dynamics and time signatures are all messed up
(some random crappy-looking font).
Before I spend time hunting the problem down, has anybody else heard of
this or have any suggestions as to where to start looking for the
problem?
