Alas, yes, and they're all ineffectual.
It's as though TrillSpanner doesn't implement most of the attributes
in the text-spanner-interface. Kieren was making this point on the
list the other day about the wavy-end part of the spanner; it's
apparently also the case for the tr-end part, too.
