I have just learned that I have to change the StanzaNumber object:
\addlyrics {\override Score . LyricText #'font-name = #"MetaPro-Normal"
\override Score . StanzaNumber #'font-name = #"MetaPro-Normal"
\set stanza = "1. "
But what object is responsible for the title?
