This must be a FAQ, but I have not found the answer by googling and
having a look in the list archives, so I'll dare to ask anyway.
How do I get Lilypond to output "norwegian" letters? I have the title
"Måndalssong", and my name is "Asbjørn Sæbø", and neither of these three
letters come out in the pdf, they disappear together with the next few
letters. (The file is in iso8859-coding, as far as I know.)
The error messages I get are: "(process:3797): Pango-CRITICAL **:
pango_coverage_get: assertion `index >= 0' failed" and
"programming error: FT_Get_Glyph_Name returns error
continuing, cross fingers
programming error: Glyph has no name, but font supports glyph naming.
Skipping glyph.
continuing, cross fingers"
The system is LilyPond 2.8.7 on Debian Etch.
