Arpeggio with arrow - possible bug?

With version 2.10.33 I'm seeing strange behaviour when specifying a
directional arrow on the arpeggio sign when the chord-span is a small
interval. The arpeggio line and arrow always appears in the C-space, not
next to the chord.

Any known workarounds for this? Also, is there any way to lengthen the
arpeggio line, even for small chord-spans?
