I'd like to add one item to this list:

- Organize LilyPond one- or two-day learning sessions, animated by
LilyPond experienced users and translators.

Encouraged by several requests on the French list, we're working on
setting this up in France (see topics "stage de formation" and "MAO
libre à Avignon" on lilypond-user-fr list).
