Cannot process a song from Mutopia

Windows Vista
I have just started downloading Lilypond and installed it
I have downloaded a Bach Invention 
Bach-Invention-01.ly
on Mutopia
When I double click to execute, I receive the following error messge (in
French, sorry!)
