Compilation Errors on MAC OS X 10.4.11

I have installed LilyPond 2.12.1-1 on a Mac Mini running MAC OS X 10.4.11 for Mac Intel machines but now I getting the following error messages when I attempt to compile my project. I have also attempted to use 2.11.65 but keep receiving the same error messages. The same code compiles fine on Kubuntu Linux with LilyPond 2.11.65.

Do the error messages in the follow compilation output listing ring any bells for the Mac LilyPond users out there.
