I cannot really recall having seen "About" as a main link on any other product web page (it's rather used in Help menus of different programs if you want to check what version you have installed). So, it's probably not so obvious for most readers what to expect to see when you
click on About.

I agree. Maybe a tab 'community' is an option or 'support' (that doesn't say whether it is official or non-official). The main thing is, people should find ways to get help very easy and that isn't the case right now. I even have to look a while to find it myself again...
