while waiting for the patch that fixes this bug,
I finally managed to make a book in Scribus by splitting each pdf file
and importing a different pdf for each page.
Not handy at all (if I change the .ly file, I have to repeat the
splitting), but it's ok for now.
pdftk file.pdf burst
and Nautilus Actions were my friend in the boring task :-)
