A page break problem has appeared in 2.13.4 with score I'm working on. See attached screen dumps of the PDF from building the identical ly file with 2.13.3 and 2.13.4. At the bottom of page 1, 2.13.4 ignores the bottom margin setting of 1cm and attempts to add an additional line which results in output outside the printable area of the page. The problem doesn't happen with subsequent pages, and I wasn't able to reproduce the problem with an example, only with this particular score.
