Thanks to all of you:
1. did not know about LILYPOND_GC_YIELD! setting it too 100 changes
drasticaly the speed
2. still do not work with 2.12.3 but I reinstalled 2.12.2 and it
compiles fine in just 11 minutes!

So it seems there is a regression between 2.12.2 and 2.12.3 or 2.13.10.
How can we find where it comes from?
