I implemented it with commit 30d01cfe87eabe3c84471ac33f8d55e53b2c9240
(10.07.10 11:10). Apparently, I forgot to add an item to the changes file,
though. There is no longer a restriction of exactly two notes/chords in a
tremolo repeat. Any number of notes/chords now works (of course, only if their
cumulative duration can be expressed as a common note duration).
An example can be found in the input/regression/repeat-tremolo-three-notes.ly
