upbow above fermata?

upbow above fermata? |

Putting an upbow above a fermata seems right to me, but the program automatically puts the fermata on top. I've read the manuals until I'm blue in the face, experimented numerous times, and still can't figure out how to change it. Help will be greatly appreciated.
